Molly's started in 2026 with one cart in Jagatpura and one rule: popcorn should be made the same evening you eat it. Not sealed in a factory, trucked across the country and left on a shelf until someone picks it up.
So we pop in small batches, right at the cart, every night we're open. Nine flavours, a couple of cookies we bake ourselves, and a beagle who keeps an eye on quality control.
